A new site has come to my attention. You and Yesterday is all about Derbyshire's past and is a Wiki, meaning that the content can be easily added to by its users. So, if you've got any good old photos, get posting. If not, why not have a read and perhaps add some text to the site!

I think we need to find out exactly what powers the police do have in these situations as I'm surprised at what an easy target we were here in Chester Green - 300m from the nearest police station. As far as most people can see, they don't seem to have any (although I'm sure if I tried to settle on council land by causing criminal damage, I'd be arrested........)
